Dr. Tony Campolo states that the Christian business leader must do more than simply identify and apply Biblical principles. The Christian business leader, he says, should be a change agent that transforms culture.
How do Dr. Compolo's practical illustrations for establishing the Kingdom on earth influence your thinking on this challenge?

Establishing the Kingdom on Earth sounds like the ultimate "big hairy audacious goal" that some corporations pursue in their quest for success. As Christians, we can think of ourselves as a member of a single corporation but leadership of this corporation is much less centralized. The distributed church should help to center the leadership and allow the pursuit of this BHAG. In the meantime, we can all establish the Kingdom on Earth in our family, our relationships and in our businesses.
